might just have to pull all fuses one at a time and replace blown ones
The vacuum diagram is located on a decal on the under side of the hood towards the front of the car. If it is missing you will have to buy a manual.
Remove the cover and the diagram is printed on the inside. If the cover is missing go to a junk yard and get one, I have the diagram but this forum will not accept snapshots.
The vacuum diagram is located on the catalyst sticker on the fan shroud. If that is missing, locate a GM repair manual as most DIY manuals will not cover this material.

Go to a junkyard and get the diagram off a vehicle like yours.
Can't tell -- what is network 3 (missing diagram?)
Missing diagram.
Pull the ABS fuse located in the engine bay. This disables both traction control and ABS. The lights on the dash will stay illuminated because of the missing fuse.
All the fuse locations are located under the cover. The box is located under the hood, drivers side, by the fire wall. If the label is missing check out a BMW forum, like Bimmerwerks.com Eric J
