The 1995 Chevrolet Van neutral safety switch can be located on the top of the transmission. The switch will be just below the shifter.
The 1995 Chevrolet Blazer ABS relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The relay switch will be on the passenger side of the firewall.

Chrysler does not use inertia or cutoff switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
