On my 2004 Megane (II) it is located underneath the cigarette lighter port. Pull off plastic cover of this "coin-tray compartment" and you will expose the diagnostic port.
Directly in front of the ciggy lighter is a plastic blanked off cover the port is behind that.
It is on the top righthand side at the back of the engine compartment.
On the scenic II 2005 there is a flat storage area with cup holders between the front seats. In the centre is a rubber mat which lifts out displaying diagnostic socket.
You can find the refrigerant charge port on top of the air conditioner compressor. The refrigerant charge port will be labeled as the low pressure port.

The Renault Master van has been produced since 1980, its also known as the Opel and Vauxhall Movano. The diagnostic port is located in the fuse box, found behind the steering wheel.
if it is the coupe model then look to the right of the steering wheel where the fuse box take the cover off and at the top Left hand corner on the fuse box there is a 16 pin plug that is the plug your looking for
The diagnostic port on that car should be next to or in the fuse box panel

The OBD2 diagnostic port doesn't have a fuse and isn't powered by its own circuit.
