There are no low beam relays on a 2006 Ram. The lights are controlled by the computer in the under hood fuse box by internal drivers.
was changing number plate bulb when the side lights on the drivers side front and back don't work brake lights indicators fog all work main beam at front works just no side lights
next to battery ,black cover with relays inside it
There are two different bulbd, 1 for dipped beam and 1 for full beam.
Use two five pin relays 1 for low beam and 1 for high
All relays should be under the hood of your vehicle ,usually on drivers side .after you located the relay box look at the box it should be a diagram on all relays and their name .
There isn't a high beam relay but there are headlight relays located in the engine compartment. There are two, one of the driver side and one for the passenger side.
The relays for the headlights and full beam, and the dim-dip relays, are located under the bonnet, next to the pollen filter - lift the bonnet and lift the plastic cover hiding the pollen filter - look out for four relays, including two green ones.
There are two headlight relays, high beam (C1005),low beam (C1006).There are four headlight fuses,Left low beam (F16) 10 amp,Right low beam (F17) 10 amp,Left high beam (F26) 10 amp,Right high beam (F27) 10 amp.
you can buy a light defector from your motorspairs store to change the beam pattern for the eu you can buy a light defector from your motorspairs store to change the beam pattern for the eu
Impedance relays are used whenever over-current relays do not provide adequate protection. They function even if the short circuit current is relatively low. The speed of operation is independent of current magnitude. Impedance relays monitor the impedance between the relay location and the fault. If the impedance falls within the relay setting, the relay will operate. The basic construction for impedance relays on which the principle of operation is easily explained is the balanced beam.
try checking ur high-bea fuses and relays
