It's the distributor rotor that you are looking for & it's under the distributor cap. Remove the distributor cap and there you will find the rotor.

There isn't one. All 2003 Ford Taurus use a coil pack under the control of the Powertrain Control Module instead of a distributor.
There are two screws that hold it to the distributor.
look for 2 screws that hold down the cap. you will need a Phillips screwdriver for the job.
