If it's the same as the 2004 (which it probably is), it is #22 in the fuse box that is under the hood - not the one inside the car. That's where mine is, and it keeps blowing out all the time!! Can't seem to figure out where the short is. It's maddening, because it also knocks out other stuff when it blows. good luck

i THINK IT MEANS THE CHIP IN YOUR KEY HAS BEEN DE-ACTIVATED. I'M TRYING TO RESEARCH HOW TO RE-ACTIVATE IT...
on the second generation eclipses it is located at the fulcrum of the arm assembly for the brake pedal.

DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE
disconnect the positive connector on the battery
the hazard light flasher relay is bad
the light that look like a carousel and or circus tent is the overflow sensor for the coolant
You have to remove the interior trim of the lift gate.
Disconnect battery, if light comes back on you need to get the code read and repair the error.
