Yes, a 1994-1999 Buick LeSabre has a door lock fuse. It is a MIN20 type of fuse (mini, blade-style, yellow, 20 amp).
Open the drivers door and look at the side of the dashboard. This is your access to the fuse box.

Right side of dash...remove the kick panel and the fuse block is up in the dash.

There is not an individual or separate fuse for the odometer
The car has two. The main one is on the passenger side, just inside the door. The other is inside the hood.
