Under drivers seat.
(up date)
Working on 95 Lesabre now-10-23-10.Relay is under drivers seat under the rug.Unbolted seat and pushed it back a little.Removed side plastic floor panels(2 panel strips pull up a little hard, but they un-clip from floor) and lifted rug up to remove relay to test wires.
(tip)When removing seat, put seat all the way back to remove front plastic bolt/nut covers and then nuts.Replace front nuts 1 turn and push seat all the way forward to remove rear plastic nut covers and nuts.Put seat back again and remove front nuts, seat should slide back now.Relay is right next to the left front bolt stud 2 to 3 inches to center.
Door locks did not work, but the relay under seat was clicking when i pushed the lock/unlock button.I tested orange wire for power and there was no power.Jumped orange wire with positive battery feed and locks work.I re-assembled and back to work to locate orange wire for positive voltage.
