It is on the bottom of radiator but you will probably need to remove the two piece shroud to get at it, unless you can get it from under the truck. Sometimes its easier to remove one end of the lower rad hose.
It's on the rear face of the radiator, right near the bottom, on the driver's side.

The 1992 Chevrolet truck horn is located in the front of the engine compartment. The horn will be on the right hand side of the radiator.
