The one the answerer above me has is a ZF 6HP26 6 speed auto which is in a BAII on (2004 to now) Falcon and has a drain plug - there is no drain plug on a AU! Undo all but the row of bolts on the back and let the sump drop - allow 85% of the fluid to drain then remove the back row of bolts and tip the rest of the oil out into the pan or whatever you are using to catch the old fluid! Ensure the gasket is still on the sump when you remove the pan off the transmission otherwise make ABSOLUTELY sure you get it of the bottom of the gearbox as it is replaced as well as the filter!
