Simple, it's located directly beneath the drivers door window switches. Use a flat bladed screwdriver to pry up on the two metal body clips (one in front and one in back) of the panel surrounding the window switches. The DDM is the same between models 2003 and 2007 as I have both, however the window switches change design so I was unable to swap the trim panels between the two.

The fuel pump driver module is located behind the passenger side rear door pillar inside the trunk under the upholstery.
it is that black box on the driver side door when i bought mine it was messed up they replaced that box on the door and it works fine i have had it for a year now
The Drivers Door Module or Passenger Door Module on a 2003 suburban is also known as the "window / door lock" switch. These modules are located on each respective door, i.e. driver side door or passenger side door. It is the module that has the door lock/unlock switch and window up/down switch. Hope this helps...

What feature for the Driver's door, are you looking for? The fuse for the driver's door module is fuse #3 a 15amp fuse, in the under dash fuse panel. Fuse #24 in the same fuse panel is for door locks/relay.
The keyless entry module on the 1997 Suburban is under the dash on the driver's side. The driver's side door needs to be open to see it.
6 1/2 inch Round. Entire door panel must be removed. Do not try to remove grill as it is a fixed part of the door panel.
