The filter is located behind the glovebox just unclip the filter to remove it

I am assuming you mean the dust and pollen cabin filter....I have a 2000 Odyssey and the filter is behind the glove box. You have to remove the glove box to get to it....was not difficult to do.
Open the glove box. Remove the damper from the glove box then let the glove box hang down. Remove the dust and pollen filter assembly from the evaporator case. Remove the filter from the housing, and replace the filter. Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the evaporator.
