There is NO emergency cutoff switch on ANY s-series. The ignition key is the only "switch"
Unlike Fords, Chevrolets do not have an emergency cutoff switch.
The 2002 Pontiac fuel shut off switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The fuel cutoff switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
