Behind your emergency brake release handle
There are two belt release levers, each located on opposite sides of the emergency brake handle in the center console.
There is no such thing as an "Emergency brake" in a vehicle. The PARKING BRAKE is the pedal to the far left against the edge of the driver's footwell. The handle above the pedal is the release.
The emergency brake release handle is to the left of the steering wheel. Down below, and is flush with the panel. Pull the finger tab and release.
Usually located at the bottom of the emergency brake handle - may have to remove trim for access
Try to grab the release mechanism , where the handle was, with a vice grip or pliers. Push down slightly on the emergency brake pedal to relieve pressure on the locking mechanism. You should be able to pull the release out.

There is a t handle just above the pedal
It should be to the right of the emergency brake release handle or hood release handle, But tucked up under the bottom of the dash.
The release handle is right above the parking brake pedal underneath the dashboard on left side.
Push the button on the handle as you raise the handle. It will have to be pulled up firmly till you feel the cable release, then release the handle. Remember to keep the button down until the handle is all the way back down. You may have to do it again if someone has really pulled the cable up super tight!
