ummm...if you mean the OBDII it's located on the passenger side foot well. There is a concealed carpeted panel that pops off.

you possibly blew a fuse. it may not be related to you O2 sensor
Yes but dont, the accord motor is garbage so is the trans. Do a k motor from a type s, or get a 99 h22 w Jan prelude trans it should be cheaper than the accord and far far better way to go. LudeKrs
If you are standing facing the grill it is on the front passenger lower side of the engine under the two hoses. It has a yellow ring handle.
The Prelude was under its own platform, so as such, very little of other models' parts are interchangeable. You can swap out some of the 4th generation's ('92-'96) parts to the 5th gen ('97-'01), such as the rear suspension and motor (H22 series).
