Look by the oil filter if you have one it should be located there and then try to follow where it goes. mike
The block heater core was an add on accessory. If equipped, it is located on the passenger side of the engine.

drain coolant from radiator, remove one of the frost plugs in engine block, install block heater in place of frost plug, refill radiator with coolant.

The cord, if equipped runs along the passenger side of the engine. The cord had to be bought at the dealer and installed. It wasn't built with it.
