If you craw under the truck and look in front of the gas tank you will see it. It will have a black plastic box around it.
It is located on the upper right rear of gas tank. You have to remove tank to access it.

There is a good chance your fuel cap is loose, missing or damaged. Check it and replace if necessary.

Hey buddy don't go so far. Check the tank cap first
It could be a couple different things but, I always tell people to check your gas cap first. This is an evaporative emission problem and the system is not holding a vacuum due to a gas cap not tight, etc.
