Yes, it is located under the dash. To get to it, you will have to remove the whole dash.

It meters liquid high pressure refrigerant into the evaporator which is located in the heater housing under the dash. It controls refrigerant flow to keep the evaporator coil from icing up.
Book time for the evaporator is 2 hours, follow the a.c. lines to the fire wall and under the dash on that side attatched to the evaporator will be your expansion valve.
