Its in the passenger side rear panel. You have to remove the panel to get to it. Right when you open the rear hatch look to your right the panel with the net or the sub same thing. Its right behind that. The panel is fairly easy to remove. Pull the rug up youll see 2 screws holding it to the floor. Remove those and all the plastic pins be careful not to break the plastic pins as they are old. Then remove the torq screw for the seatbelt tho i removed my factory amp without undoing that bolt i just pulled the panel back some that's all. But removing the bolt is 100 times easier.
