The factory amp is located in the rear of the truck right behind the factory sub,

don't think so,either the sub is blown,or the factory amp that runs it is bad.
On a 2002 Ford Expedition : ( # 3 is a 20 amp fuse for the OBD-II scan tool connector and cigarette lighter ) In the fuse panel below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it )
The 1995 ford Aerostar did not come stock with a factory amp. If your van has an amp then it was added aftermarket.
