Near the steering column above the drivers feet. look for a 2 x3 x 6 black box with silver fins (heat Sinks). When it goes completely the only speakers that work are the little ones on the dash.

Check your fuses. There is a separate fuse for high speed.
The reservoir is build into a power pump, twist off the cap.

The old one should just pull out and the new one slots in place. It'll be located behind the ashtray in the fusebox. Google Volvo relays to see it.
