how do you chage the fan resistor in a 2002 jeep liberty?
Behind glove box.
replace the switch
If the fan only blows on high in the Liberty, check the blower resister. The resister circuit is the most likely cause.
The 2004 Jeep Liberty radiator fan relay switch can be found on the back of the fan motor. The relay switch is attached directly to the fan motor.
my fan went out on my wifes 2003 jeep liberty. i just spliced a wire from the wiring harness to another wire that turned on when the car turned on and the fan turned on.
Its the fan blower resistor IMO...had this happen already. part is really cheap. Located behind glove box.
no fuse... fan is not electric, it's hydraulic... look into fan actuator...
Check the fuse. It is located in the under hood fuse panel.
Blown fuse? Bad switch Bad fan motor? Bad fan relay?
The first thing to check is the radiator fan.
it is on the passenger side in the front
