It is likely a relay, and not a fuse, but if located in this box, it will be labeled on the underside of the cover of the black plastic box as a/c relay or fan relay (if fan may be the problem, they could be separate fuses or all - one. the black box is usually located on the drivers side, under the hood, close to the dash/windshield area, and the top will snap off, either with a screwdriver, or by hand.
