check the fan relay, it could be stuck on, otherwise make sure the heater controls are not set to defrost, and the ac is off, either of these things will activate the auxiliary fan relay.

In fuse box on left side of engine compartment, just behind battery. there are four relays that are the same. box cover has label to identify. Relay closest to front of car is relay one.
