Next to the coolant fill bottle on a metal line leading from the accumulator/drier to the compressor. It should have a blue cap on it. And remember...TOO MUCH IS NOT A GOOD THING. It holds 2-12 oz. cans maximum. So if it already has some in it, it shouldn't take two full cans.
A 1999 Cavalier does not use Freon as a refrigerant.
Not exactly sure about a 99 but almost all cars it is a valve that goes right into to your valve cover around where you fill your oil.
The PCV valve is attached to the intake by a hose and is located in the valve cover held by a plastic retainer on the passenger side of the engine near the power steering reservoir.
Above the alternator. It is round and has a vacuum line connected to it. The fuel rail has to be removed to replace it.

99 Tahoe does not use freon. it takes r-134a. You can check or add at the green capped valve on the tube coming from the compressor. There are two different size valves that will prevent you from using the wrong one.
