There isn't a trans filter on the Firefly manual trans.
The transmission fluid filler is located in the back of the engine compartment on the 2007 Accent manual transmission. You fill it by removing the dipstick.

Under the car on the upper side of the transmission, you will find a plug. Remove the plug and stick your finger in the hole. If you feel fluid, it is full. If not add the proper lube as stated in the owner's manual.

The manual transmission usually has a plug in the side of the transmission that can be used to check the transmission and also used as a filler hole.
If you look straight down over the driver's-side of the engine bay, you will be looking down on the transmission. There is a wiring harness with a large flat gray connector there on cars with an automatic transmission. On the manual transmission cars, there will be separate wires branching off the wiring loom to sensors.

Some GM transmissions are sealed for life and have no filler tube. Refer to your owners manual for the scheduled maintenance on the transmission.
The drain fill on a 1997 Dodge Avenger manual transmission is on the bottom of the transmission. It is located up from the drain plug.
