The flasher relay is located under the dash on the driver's side. It is difficult to find. The best thing to do is, if your signals or hazard flashers work, turn one of those on and follow the clicking noise. The relay has its own wire so when you find it, it will be a little black relay with 2 small wires on it. It's attached to some piece of plastic under the dash. Just listen and feel for the clicking.
