∙ 14y agoFirst you go to the mill between Draynor and Lumbridge. Go to the field that has wheat planted and pick one bunch. Then go talk to Millie Miller. (I think that's how u spell her name.) Get permission to use the mill and then go up the ladder until you reach the top floor. Use the wheat with the gran bin and it will say "The grain slides down the chute." Next pull the hopper controls. Climb down the ladder to the bottom floor again and u should see a Pot on a shelf. Grab it and collect the "Extra Fine Flour."

∙ 13y agoYou can simply buy flour from the Cullimancer's chest (requiring the completion of Recipe for Disaster quest and are a member), otherwise your best sollutions are to buy it from the grand exchange/other players or making it yourself.
