The 2002-2004 Ford Explorer (except sport) takes 22" replacement wiper blades on both sides front and a 16" rear. The Sport takes 18" both sides front and a 14" rear.
they are in a black box below the air filter towards the front of the vehicle.

I would run a jumper wire direct to the wiper motor to see if it powers up. If no power, motor is shot.
You will have to remove the wiper arms, then remove the cowl, and then the wiper motor.
