front left hand foot well. up under the glove box (right hand drive) to the left there is a little hole 25m diamter approx. has button in it facing upwards. if button is up cutt off has been tripped. if down still ok. can press it down again if tripped. check for fuel leaks though. have ignition off when re setting, turn on and check for leaks. good luck, i had trouble finding it
ford originally did not produce the 1994 ford mondeo with fuel cut off switch. it was later improved in 2005 on the dashboard, after numerous deaths of drivers who died in fuel related fires. unlucky mate :/

It is a safety switch ford has used forever. If the vehicle is involved in an accident, the switch is supposed to trigger not letting any fuel flow to the engine. It can be reset by just pushing like a cicuit breaker.
