The fuel filter for a 1994 s10 Chevy is located on the drivers side. It is on the frame rail under the drivers door.
You have to remove the filler neck and hose from the tank then slip a siphon hose into the tank.
Open the glove compartment door and look in back. There should be an access door for the fuel pump relay.
1995 to 1998 S10 fuel pump relay is located in the glove compartment behind the door marked "relays". It is the first relay on the left.

If you are looking for an inertia switch for the fuel pump, Chevy doesn't use one. That's a Ford thing. However, if you are looking for the fuel pump relay on that 98 S10, look in the glove compartment. You will see a door marked "relays". Behind that access door you will see a few relays, the fuel pump relay will be the first one on your left.
Open the glove compartment and look in back, there should be a access door for the fuel pump relay.
