The fuel filter is located at the back part of the fuel tank near the left rear wheel. It's up behind the fuel tank so the fuel tank straps must be removed and fuel tank lowered (not necessarily removed completely) . There are two parallel straps that runs along the length of the car that holds the fuel tank. The left strap actually hold the fuel filter in place with the back rear bolt.
