If you look at the very front of the carbutetor You will see a medal fuel line that will screew into the front of the carb. You will need a 1'' and a 5/8 wrench to loosen and remove the fuel line from the 1" fitting, The fuel filter is behind the 1" fitting that screews into the carb. Remove it. You will see a filter and a small spring.
Pay attention to how you remove the filter and spring.
