On a 2003 Toyota Sienna, the fuel filter is located in the gas tank. Toyota started putting it there either in 2001 or 2002.
WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE FUEL FILTER ON A 2001 TOYOTA SIENNA
The 2003 Toyota Sienna runs on regular unleaded.
2001-2003 fuel filter is installed inside the fuel tank. No need to change it for at least 200k kms. In the fuel tank. It is not serviceable.
In the fuel tank.
It is inside the tank.
Toyota Siennas produced from the model years 2004-2006 have a fuel filter that's integrated with the in-tank fuel pump. The filter does not require periodic replacement.
visit the link hope i helped
To my knowledge after 2001/2, Toyota no longer uses an external fuel filter on their Sienna models, all the fuel filters are incorporated with the fuel pump inside the tank. Should your model still have an external fuel filter it would be underneath the air filter assembly. You could verify by following the the fuel line/hose. copied from FixYa
The fuel filter on a 2003 Toyota Camry is changed by removing the fuel line from each side of the filter and detaching it from the vehicle's frame. A new filter is then put into place and the fuel lines attached.
Its with the fuel pump assembley mounted on the fuel pump flange, inside the fuel tank. In the fuel tank.
there is NO serviceable fuel filter. the filter is a LIfETime filter IN the fuel tank. It never needs replacing unless you have to replace the fuel pump. They did not make a fuel filter for the 2002 Toyota Sienna. Afetr 2002 they stopped. i found the subject very interesting. The only way you you can find the fuel filter is in the gas tank where the fuel pump is. filter is attach to fuel pump. i know!!! it is kind a stupid design. they made it hard for the mechanics or individual. good and be careful.
