The tool isn't very expensive and usually comes in a set of several different sizes. Generally speaking, Aerostar fuel filters are located under the vehicle, approximately under the driver's seat. Big cylindrical doohickey strapped to a bracket, and uses special clips to keep the hoses attached. Later models like yours may need a special tool to disconnect the hoses.
