Ron,for this operation you will need a 20 mm wrench and a 16 mm wrench. You could get by with using 2 crescent wrenchs but I would not recommend doing so. Crawl under your vehicle on the driver's side under the driver's side rear door and look on the inside of the frame rail. you should see it there. use the 20 mm wrench on the filter itself and the 16 mm wrench on the fuel line. BE CAREFUL!!!! the line is pressurized so open it slowly and be sure to wear safety glasses and cover your mouth...or pull fuse for fuel pump and run the engine on idle until it stalls to remove remaining gas and pressure from the line Good luck.

AnswerUnder the truck attached to drivers side frame rail, just forward of drivers seat. You will need a couple open end wrenches. Don't forget to pull fuse for fuel pump and run the engine on idle until it stalls to remove remaining gas and pressure from the line, make sure ignition is off and prepare for gas to spill in your face if you are anywhere underneath it and forget any of the above steps.
