On most older models that are carb equipped the fuel filter is on the carb itself where the fuel line connects to the carb. In some cases you might find and inline fuel filter located between the engine mounted fuel pump and the carb. On most newer models that are either TBI fuel injection and or cars with fuel injectors the filter is found on the firewall or underneath mounted on the frame or near the tank. Most fuel pumps on newer models are found inside the tank. , EzForJesus
