where the steel fuel line goes into the carburetor.
you'll need 2 wrenches most likely. probably a 1 inch open end or adjustable Cresent and a 5/8th's inch open end to disassemble the fittings and remove and install the paper filter element inside the carbs big fitting.
the auto parts store can help you from there when you go to purchase the part.
