There is typically a pump assembly (including) filter located just inside of passenger side rear tire. Typically things are pretty rusty. If you want to mess with it, depressurize the system (pull the fuel pump fuse or relay and start the car). Only use flare nut wrenches when working on filter fittings and be prepared because some fuel is going to come out. I'm pretty sure the filters are directional too, so make sure you install the new one in the right direction. You'll probably have a little problem starting the car afterwards, just keep cranking until it starts (after replacing the fuse/relay)
