The Primary Filter, is located, inside the Frame Rail, about 12 Inches in Front of the Left Rear Tire. There is a Bag Screen in the Fuel Tank, attached to the Fuel Pump, but this is very hard to stop-up. Then there are the Two Screens, on the Fuel Injectors, but again, I have never had a problem with them.
The ECM on a 1992 S10 Blazer is located below the glove box.

In General the Oil filter is on the left or right side of the engine. If you have the 5.7L V8 then it should be on the drivers side, back where the tranmission and block meet.

At the right rear of the engine. If it is a 4X4 it is located under hood on drivers side fender right behind headlight.

Really need more info. If your blazer is two wheel drive the oil filter is located on the left (drivers side) towards the rear of the motor next to the oil pan. If it is 4 wheel drive go to the location described above and follow the hoses to a satelite filter assembly.
