Really need more info. If your blazer is two wheel drive the oil filter is located on the left (drivers side) towards the rear of the motor next to the oil pan. If it is 4 wheel drive go to the location described above and follow the hoses to a satelite filter assembly.
if it is a s10blazer it is beside the air filter 1992 is behind driver side headlight mounted on fender
In General the Oil filter is on the left or right side of the engine. If you have the 5.7L V8 then it should be on the drivers side, back where the tranmission and block meet.

If you go to the front of you Blazer and look underneath the bumper you will find an access panel for your oil filter

The oil sending unit on a 2001 Chevy Blazer is just above the oil filter. It is actually located on the diagonal to the oil filter to the upper left.
I wanted to do the same thing. You need an adapter for the oil filter. The remote line attaches to the engine in the same spot the filter goes but it has to have an adapter before you can put the filter on the engine. I was advised against it because of the severe crowding in that particular area.

Grab the filter with your hand or a filter wrench and turn counterclockwise.
The oil pressure switch on a 1998 Chevy Blazer is on the side of the engine block. It is located above the oil filter.
