If you are talking about the 3.1 V6 engine in the 96 Corsica then the fuel filter is located about midway between the front and back tires on the underside of the car. It is attached to the frame almost underneath the handle to open the door. Since it has been awhile since I have changed it. I cant rememeber which side it is on. .
Located somewhere between the engine and the fuel tank. Get under the car and follow the fuel lines.
It is under the trunk. Crawl under the rear of the car, and on the rear seat bottom it is there. Its in a clip. Just changed mine like 5 days ago. 10 minutes and my was rusted on good. 5 minutes if your good. Good luck

The 1996 Chevy Corsica trunk release button is located in the glove compartment. The trunk release button will be on the left-hand side of the glove compartment.
The horn on a 1996 Chevy Corsica is located just behind the driver's side headlight in the engine compartment. There is also a horn relay switch in the lower part of the dash just to the left of the steering wheel.
Should be in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
Correction: It is a 1995 Chevy Corsica. Not a 1996.
