My Concorde has the filter under the car in the area of the back seat. Look on both sides, driver and passenger. The filter is tucked up into a recess so you can't see it from the side, you have to be under the car (use jackstands!). Also it's inside a plastic stone shield. Follow the fuel lines. To remove the fuel lines, push in, and remove the clips. This is awkward and the clips are a bit fragile, so be careful.
