Believe it or not it is in the gas tank and is more of a strainer than a filter. I asked this of my local dealer shortly after purchasing a 2000 Oddity. Yuo have to have a special tool to even remove it. It's a stupid as the transmission, no filter. All you do is drain some fluid and replace. The 95-99 Honda Odyssey's have a fuel filter under the master cylinder, bolted to the inner fender.
In the 1999 Odyssey it is located in the base of the washer reservoir.
upstream sensor will be located before the cat downstream sensor will be located on the cat itself
The transmission filter on a 1999 Honda Accord can be located under the car's hood. More specifically, it is within the transmission itself and is very difficult to replace.
inside the fuel tank
The turn signal flasher relay on the 1999 Honda Odyssey is located under the driver-side dashboard. The relay is tucked near the cabin fuse box.
The 1999 Honda Odyssey OBD 2 port is on far right edge of dash; next to console; faces down
For some strange reason Honda has the Fuel Filter on the INSIDE of the fuel tank. That is what the Honda dealership told me when I asked where the Fuel Filter was located on my 1999 Odyssey - I think that's dumb. It's obviously cheaper to replace a fuel filter that is mounted on the outside of a fuel tank 'cause it only takes a minute or two, maybe three....or four..... So when the filter get's clogged the fuel pump will die, you'll end up paying big bucks for towing, parts, labor & taxes. I wonder how much it is for a Honda Fuel Pump? Probably $450+.
The pump is in the tank. and the filter is next to the battery on top.

It is inside of the fuel tank and it is fixed to the fuel pump.
mine is 1998 passport, and replaced my fuel filter recently. It is an external filter next to the fuel tank located below the driver seat.
