Its pretty easy: I have a 2001 town and country LXi 3.8L FWD. Your best bet is to nearly empty the tank. Raise the passenger rear side and remove both pass-side tank bracket bolts ONLY. The tank will drop about 5 inches. remove the front connector first. have a rag ready for some spill (this will free the pressure) then remove the screw that hold the filter in place. Remove the ground metal strap and DON'T loose it. Then remove the 2 connections to the gas tank. some leak may occur. Do not change the snap holders if not necesary. Make sure that the new filter does not have the snap holders (if it does, you may replace them if needed or just take them out) Snap the 2 connectors to the gas tank and make sure that the snap holders have snapped and that both catchers are properly snapped into place. Then screw the filter into its bracket. Dont forget the ground metal strap. lastly, connect the front connector and dont forget to keep the hard plastic hose cover right behind the tank bracket (keeps the hose from rubbing against the bracket and cracking). Last, screw the tank brackets back into place and dry all spliss BEFORE starting the van.
