For the 04 it is an integral part of the fuel pump assembly which is located in the tank. I think you can access the tank by removing the back seat, but you might have to take the tank off.

There is no cabin air filter available on a 1999 camry. Cabin filters were available on Camry starting in 2002.
The 2000 Camry does not have a cabin air filter. Starting in 2002 it was located behind the glove box.
The fuel filter on a 2002 Camry is an "In-Tank Filter". This means the filter is in the gas tank and is integrated with the fuel pump. In order to replace the filter, you must remove the tank and disassemble the fuel pump. Toyota's service schedule, which can be found at ToyotaOwnersOnline.com, does not list the fuel filter replacement through 120K miles (as high a the schedule goes). Good Luck.

Year? The 2004 Camry has the charcoal filter mounted above the rear sub frame. Follow the wires and hoses. To remove it,you have to drop the fuel tank.This probably holds true for the 2002 to the 2006 Camry.
