There is no Wix (or any other aftermarket) cross reference for this fuel filter. However, Toro uses this same filter on some of their equipment. If you order Toro part number 100-3192, it will arrive in a Briggs and Stratton box with part number 820311 on it, and you can buy it for $38-$40 instead of $65+ that everyone wants for it if you order it under the Briggs number.
you get a 38 rench then get a 4 9 rench
38-40 psi. Its located on the inner fuel fill door.

Top front of the engine, located in a canister that has a big (38 mm or 36 mm) hex molded into the top. Using a socket on this hex head, the top screws off.
Take off the engine cover (unscrew the oil fill tube). It is located in a molded in capsule located in/on top of the intake manifold near the altnernator end of the manifold. It has an electrical connector and a twist off cap. Dealer has a kit for it with spring, gasket , and valve for about $15.
I need to know
The Fuel Filter Canister on a 2.2L 1996 Honda Accord is in the back of the engine compartment near the drivers side by the fire wall. It is a round canister with one hose attached to the top, and the bottom, it also has a band around the center of the filter attaching it to a bracket. It is to the left of and slightly below the brake master cylinder. The Best way to relieve the fuel press is by removing the main 20 Amp Fuse in the Fuse Box under the hood and starting the car and letting it die until all the fuel in the line is used up. After reinstalling the Filter, reinstall the Fuse and turn the ignition switch on and off a few times all the way to the start position without starting the car, this lets the fuel pump repressurize the system.Fuel FilterReplacementA WARNINGDo not smoke while working on fuel system.Keep open flame away from your work area.• While replacing the fuel filter, be careful to keep a safedistance between battery terminals and any tools. The fuel filter should be replaced whenever the fuel pressuredrops below the specified value [265 - 314 kPa,2.7 - 3.2 kgf/cm2, 38 - 46 psi with the fuel pressure regulatorvacuum hose disconnected and pinched] after makingsure that the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulatorare OK.1. Place a shop towel under and around the fuel filter.2. Relieve fuel pressure (see page 11-112).3. Remove the engine wire harness bracket and powersteering feed hose clamp.4. Remove the banjo bolt and the fuel feed pipe whilesupporting the fuel filter with another wrench, asshown.5. Remove the fuel filter clamp and fuel filter.6. When assembling, use new washers as shown.NOTE: Clean the flared joint of high pressure hosesthoroughly before reconnecting them.
Could be fuel pump or the fuel regulator located under the hood. Fuel reg. Should control 38-44 psi. Pump=65-70 psi.
There is no fuse. The power for both of the fuel pumps comes off the fuel pump relay. The power to the relay comes off the "X4/10" terminal block, pin 38. The terminal block is located in the engine compartment, on the right side, mounted to the firewall. Its right above the strut attach point. Hope this helps
