It is located under the drivers side on the inside of the frame rail. it will be held in with a black band, Release the pressure on the shrader valve(located on fuel rail rear of engine) and remove the fuel pump fuse (located on drivers side wheel well in convenience center) it is also a good idea to remove the line closest to the engine first and place rag on it while doing so to reduce the risk of getting fuel in eyes
You probably have a plugged fuel filter. See if you can put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel supply line at the engine and check your fuel pressure. It could also be a fuel pressure regulator
It means to check the fuel system fuel filter fuel pressure O2 sensor(s)
This indicates a fuel system problem. Replace the fuel filter first thing. Can also be a defective O2 sensor.
knock sensor
Your fuel pressure drop could be do to a clogged filter, pinched line/hose, or a weak fuel pump. You should have around 35 psi at idle and 43 off idle. I hope this helps answer your question.

Under the truck, inside the left frame beam, behind the driver. It should just be a couple wrenches to remove the filter. It's quite easy, just be careful to not drip fuel on your cloths and don't smoke while you're changing the filter or while you have gasoline on any part of you.
