Where is the fuel filter on a 1984 Honda civic 13L and how do you change it?

There is one by the drivers side rear wheel well, two hose clamps and a bracket attached to the gas tank get it off of the vehicle. Then don't forget the one underneath the hood before the carb. Two fuel lines go into the carb from this filter and again...just hose clamps hold it on.
