There are 2 filters: 1 (the fuel sock or strainer) is mounted in the roof of the fuel tank & protrudes down into the fuel inside. The other is an integral part of the fuel pressure regulator, which is located on top of the fuel pump, which is inside the fuel tank. There are no external fuel filters requiring routine maintenance. They are extended life parts needing replacement only if diagnostics indicate so.
